What do you build with, and will we be locked in?
Websites are built on Next.js and React with a headless CMS, hosted on Vercel. Apps use the same stack with a proper backend. Everything lives in a Git repository you own, so any competent developer can pick it up. No proprietary builder, no lock-in.
Who handles hosting, security and updates?
We do, if you want us to. Sites run on managed infrastructure with automatic SSL, a global CDN and DDoS protection. Dependencies are kept patched and we monitor uptime. You get a plain-English support plan with a fixed monthly cost, or we hand over and document everything.
What happens after launch if we need changes?
Small content changes you make yourself in the CMS. Anything bigger goes through the same support plan, with a response time in writing. We do not disappear after the invoice is paid; most of our clients are still with us.
How long does a project take?
A typical business website is four to eight weeks from kick-off to launch. Apps run eight to sixteen weeks depending on scope. You get a written timeline on the first call and weekly progress updates once we start.
How do you price, and what does it typically cost?
Fixed price for a fixed scope, agreed before we start. No hourly surprises. Websites and apps are quoted individually after the first call, and there is a paid quick-fix option from £99 if you just need a specific problem solved.
Do you work with businesses outside Cardiff and Swansea?
Yes. We are based in Cardiff and meet clients in person across South Wales, but we work with businesses anywhere in the UK over video.
