Do we need an app in the App Store, or will a web app do?
Usually a web app, installable to the home screen, does the job at a fraction of the cost and with no store approval delays. Where a native app genuinely matters, we build that. We will tell you honestly which you need on the first call.
How does a restaurant loyalty app actually work?
Customers scan a code or sign in, earn points or stamps on each visit, and get rewards you control. You see who your regulars are, message them directly, and stop paying third-party platforms a cut of every order.
Does it connect to our EPOS or ordering system?
In most cases, yes. We have integrated with common EPOS, payment and delivery platforms. If yours has an API, we can talk to it. We check compatibility before quoting.
Who owns the app and the customer data?
You do. Code, accounts, data — all in your name. We do not charge per user and we do not sell your customer list.
